The Role
As a Social Media Manager at Amazon in Madison, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy. - Collaborate with other departments (especially marketing, PR, and product teams) to create cohesive campaigns and promotions.
- Design and oversee the execution of social media advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions, ensuring effective use of budgets for maximum ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor actions to ensure our strategies remain fresh and innovative.
- Organize and manage social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all posts and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that meet objectives and drive engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Proficient in various social media platforms and tools including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and SEM strategies is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a valuable asset.
